If you are between 10 and 14 weeks pregnant, you can choose to do only the PAPP -A test, without having to undergo the triple test .
If you are pregnant longer than 14 weeks, but no longer than 20, we suggest performing the Triple test. Both the PAPP-A and the Triple test risk assessment may include the measurement of fetal nuchal translucency (NT), performed in the first trimester of pregnancy.
If you are in between 10 and 13 weeks of gestation, we suggest performing the most effective test – The Integrated Test.
To do this :
• collect a blood sample in the period between 10 to 14 weeks of pregnancy,
• collect blood for the second time after 14 weeks of pregnancy for the triple test .
Test results will be sent by mail, email or fax. If the test comes back positive, you or your physician will be notified by telephone, as indicated in the form you sent us.
