PHASE II
Use the syringe to collect approximately 0.5 – 1 ml of blood puncturing a vein on the inside of the elbow. The syringe must be free of any compounds preventing the clotting of blood – anticoagulants such as heparin, EDTA, citrate, etc.
PHASE III
Remove the needle from the syringe immediately after collecting the blood.
PHASE IV
Hold the syringe approximately 1 cm above the paper and place one drop of blood on each circle so that the areas of the embossed circles are entirely filled with blood.
Blood may pass beyond the perimeter of the circles. However, the paper should not be entirely covered with blood. It is recommended to leave space between the circles.
Allow the filter paper to dry completely at room temperature for about 60 minutes. Paper must be signed with the patient’s surname.
PHASE V
The material must be sent by priority mail to our clinic. The letter must be accompanied by a legibly completed form which attached to the brochure for women and a photocopy (or original) proof of payment for the tests. Please make the payment to the account: PRENAGEN Specialist Medical Practice, ING BANK account number: 13 1050 1461 1000 0091 3920 4474
